About this challenge

 Tired of Feeling like you are crushing your goals with business, work, or with the family, but feeling disappointed when you look in the mirror? 

 

We've all been there... 

 

With work and family and just trying to “adult”, it's easy to focus on what your obligations are to others and forget about taking care of yourself and your health... 

 

Maybe at one point, it was 'family time' you sacrificed

 

Maybe you sacrificed your social life before... 

 

But more recently, it's been health-related. 

 

Trust me I get it

 

As an EX Wrestler, when I first left school and no longer had that sport I really let myself go... 

 

Now, I wasn't 'unhealthy' by the world's standards, but when I looked in the mirror I was disappointed with what I saw. I still remember the moment I looked at myself and knew I needed to make a change. That was 2011 and I have not looked back since!

 

Now the reason I'm telling you this is to tell you that I know, I know where you're at, and I know where you want to go... 

 

Where you're at is probably similar to what I was just saying, disappointed when looking in the mirror. Professional life hits us hard and so does the wake-up call that we need to make changes.

 

Tired of your clothes not fitting you well, or wanting to be able to wear something just for it to not look good on you at all?

 

Sick of adjusting your shirt every time you stand up or a gust of wind comes... 

 

My goal with this program is to help you feel better when you look in the mirror, I want you to feel comfortable in your clothes, and most of all… My MISSION is to help my fellow bros be empowered by their bodies and not limited by them!

 

I want to help you gain confidence by building lean muscle, boosting your metabolism, and making you feel proud of how you look and what you accomplish.

 What do you get?

 When you sign up you will be getting your workouts delivered via my app and will be able to follow along in the gym on your mobile device. Each week your workouts will be scheduled and waiting for you to track each and EVERY workout. This is where I will keep you accountable to get off the couch and into the gym! The number 1 factor in fitness success is not fancy workouts, it's not cardio, it's not nutrition, it is consistency! Because you could have the diet, you can have the cool workouts and the fancy fitness gear, but if you can not be consistent your results will suffer.

 

  1. You will be strength training 5x per week and doing multiple cardio workouts sometimes in the same day! If you can not commit to this then this program is not for you. 

  2. All of the exercises will have video and written instructions on how to perform them correctly.

  3. Weight training can be dangerous when using heavy weights. So when going for new PBs (personal best’s) its best to use a spotter. Don’t be shy and ask for a spot. You can even link up with another person in the challenge and workout together :)

  4. A workout is only as good as the effort you put into completing it. Do each workout like its the last one you will ever do. Don’t just go through the motions, try to lift more weight, do more reps, add an extra set if you still have gas in the tank. Leave it all in the gym

How to follow along

  1. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO TAKE YOUR SUBMISSION PHOTOS:
    Submit your BEFORE pictures no later than Monday, November 18th using the Challenge Sheet below. Make sure to submit front, back & side photos! Keep your BEFORE photos because you will need them for the Final Submission.

    Submit your FINAL SUBMISSION photos by end of the day on August 12th. For your Final Submission Photos, you will download any pic collage app and you will put your BEFORE and AFTER photos side by side (see example*). Both fronts pose together, both side pose together, and both back pose together. In both the before and after you need to hold or post on wall behind you the Challenge Sheet, with your name, current date, and current weight.

  1. Sign up for the training plan by clicking on the sign up link 

  2. Sign up for FABI ELITE FITNESS WINTER SHREDD 1.0 Challenge by NOVEMBER 18th (Signing up for the challenge is $199. This gives you access to the app with the training program, nutrition, and all other resources. You'll submit some basic information as well as your before photos. KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL BEFORE PHOTOS, because you will need them for the Final Submission at the end of the challenge submitting both the before and after side by side for your final submission.

  3. Follow Fabi Elite Fitness training plan. Whether it's gym workouts, dumbbell only, bodyweight only, or a combination of all three, simply follow the workouts each week for the duration of the challenge 

  4. Follow a diet plan. Use the Bunker nutrition plan and tracker to help you set up your own meal plan that works for you.

  5. (Optional) Share your journey on social media using the hashtags #FABIELITEwintershredd1. This isn't required, but we'll be following along with these hashtags and it could help you stand out from other contestants.

  6. Put in the work! You have 8 weeks to make yourself a priority and test yourself both physically and mentally. This challenge will be based solely on physical transformations from your before and after photos.
